Low Saturated Fat
- 1 ripe banana
- One cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 ice cubes
How to Make It
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
